Weight Loss Q and A Episode 2 (Part 2)


Questions to be answered in ALL parts……. 1.What kind of prenatal vitamins do u take? 2.What do u think is the best way to get rid of my little stomach and love handles? i’ve been thinking seriously about giving up soda too. 3.How long did it take you to get to your size and how did you maintain? 4.Did you want to get down as small as you are now? 5.How often would you work out during the 1st 7mos of weight loss? 6.How would you go about gaining a few pounds in a healthy way? 7.Since I am only trying to loss 5-10 pounds and mainly in my midsection. Can you tell the things I should focus on? 8.Did you have a plateau moment while losing weight? If you did, how much weight did you lose prior to the plateau, how long did it take you to get off the plateau and what advice do have for someone going through it? 9.Stretch marks… We pretty much all have them no matter what size we are, but have you found anything to work on them really well? They are one reason that I don’t like to wear anything short-sleeved or sleeveless. 10.Not trying to get too personal, but you mentioned pre-natal vitamins and I was wondering how they may aid in weight loss or maintaining? 11.6 small meals…What does this really mean and do you follow this?
